What we collect ourselves

Nothing that identifies you. There is no login, no newsletter, no comment form and no advertising network on this site. We do not set tracking cookies of our own.

Your browser may store small preferences locally - which sort order you last used, for instance. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.

What third parties collect

The booking widget and the booking links are GetYourGuide's. When the widget loads, or when you follow a link to GetYourGuide, their own privacy policy applies and they may set cookies, including one that tells them the booking came from us. That is how we are paid.

Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs - IP address, time, page requested, user agent - for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

If you reached us from a search engine, that engine knows it. We see aggregate query and click data in Google Search Console: totals and averages, never individuals.

Your rights, and how to use them

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to show, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something and want it removed, email info@ghosttourusa.com and we will act on it.

For data held by GetYourGuide about a booking you made, contact GetYourGuide - we have no access to it and cannot retrieve, amend or delete it for you.
